We recommend booking 9-12 months in advance for weddings, especially for peak season dates (October–April). However, we are sometimes able to accommodate shorter timelines — please reach out and we will do our best.
Absolutely. We regularly create menus for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, halal, kosher-style, and allergy-specific needs. Every menu is built around your guests.
Yes. We offer complimentary consultations and a private tasting session for couples who have signed our event contract. Tastings include 3 entrée selections and discussion of cocktail and presentation details.
Our bar packages range from beer & wine to full premium open bars with signature cocktails. All include licensed bartenders, ice, mixers, glassware, and setup. Custom cocktail design is available for The Signature package.
Yes. We serve all of Southwest Florida — Naples, Cape Coral, Sanibel, Captiva, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Fort Myers Beach. A small travel fee may apply for venues over 30 miles from our base.
A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due in two installments — 50% at 90 days out and 25% one week before the event. We accept all major cards, ACH, and check.
